Our story
Compliance in Zambia was built around regulators. We rebuilt it around you.
Our founder spent years inside PACRA watching the same thing happen: founders would register a company, celebrate, and then quietly fall out of compliance because nobody told them about ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA, Workers Compensation or the council. Every regulator had its own portal, its own queue and its own deadlines.
Elmarc started in 2019 as a two-person filing agency. Today we are a full compliance department for more than a thousand Zambian businesses, and the only firm in the country with a client portal that shows your standing with every regulator in one place.
